Refunds

You can cancel a subscription anytime in the billing portal. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for, and you won't be charged again.

If an audit fails to finish, the audit credit is returned to your account automatically.

If you're unhappy with your first month, email us within 14 days of the payment and we'll refund it. Payments are handled by Polar, so refunds go back to your original payment method.
