What we collect
- Your account: email address, name if you give it, and your Google account ID if you sign in with Google.
- Your agency settings: name, logo, brand color and booking link.
- Businesses you audit: the public business information you enter (name, city, category, website).
- Free check: the email address you give, so we can send the result.
- Usage events and error reports, without the content of reports.
Who processes it
OpenAI, Anthropic and Google (to answer the audit questions; they receive the questions, not your account details), Polar (payments), Resend (email), PostHog (product analytics), Sentry (error reports), Hetzner (hosting) and Cloudflare (storage and bot protection).
Your choices
You can ask us to export or delete your data at any time. Reports you share are visible to anyone with the link until you delete them.
